CAR Home Solutions was originally founded in 2017 by Schan Willis — a Naperville-based home services professional with roots in the industry going back to 1994. What started as Clean Air Radon Systems, a certified radon mitigation company, has grown into a full-service home solutions team built around one simple idea: homeowners deserve a contractor they can trust at every stage of the process.

Schan brings more than technical expertise to every job. With a background in communications, sales, and home security — and over two decades of hands-on experience — he built CAR Home Solutions on the belief that great work and great service aren’t mutually exclusive. You get both, every time.

Today, CAR Home Solutions handles radon mitigation, interior and exterior painting, crawl space encapsulation, junk removal and cleanouts, and home inspections for homeowners throughout the Chicago suburbs. Same team. Same standard. Ghost Protocol on every job.
